I kept the letter Charlotte forged for years, but sadly, I guess I lost it. The above is a pretty close facsimile, though.

You should make this into a Christmas card. Do you have a book?
-
Maybe next year I can make some Christmas cards! All my spare time for the next few weeks is being funneled into a very special project that I hope I can show off soon :)
And, no book! I don’t even know where to start in that regard. Maybe something to look into next year, though!

I LOVE it! Okay, I’m going to try to figure out how to be an agent so I can get you published, girl!
-
Oh, that would be easy! (For me…) :D
-
-
This is AWESOME! OMG! Kudos to Charlotte!
-
Thanks! Charlotte is very much “the funny one.”
-
-
That sounds exactly like something my brother would do to me!
-
Santa probably frowns on forgers, crafty siblings.
-
-
Hahaha! Cleverly cruel (or cruelly clever), that Charlotte! :D
-
She’s a sly one.

Bahahahaha, I’m still laughing at ‘Doogie.’ No, it isn’t obvious at all that we grew up in the 80s. ;)
-
How could you tell that Doogie was named for Doogie Howser? I guess it wasn’t as subtle as we thought…
-
Oh, it was way subtle. I’m sure I’m the only one who figured it out.
As an aside, I’m sure you have a bazillion of them, but you’re getting the Versatile Blogger award from me. <3

I did a bit of a lol with that one.

i hope this really happened x
-
It most definitely did.

I am imagining myself as Chrissy.
-
Poor Chrissy.
-
-
Absolutely precious! The harsh, honest tone of Santa’s response was the perfect foil for the sugar tone of Chissy’s letter to him.
Wonderful writing, great idea and very funny.

I love how Santa has a P.h.D. :>

:) He’s been around long enough, he might as well while away the time somehow…

-
Lol! (Literally!) :)
I love the “Ho ho ho” signature.-
Thanks! :)

-
Hahaha! :D
-
Glad I could make you laugh!
-
You never fail in doing so! :)

Hahahaaa LOVE IT!
Oh I wish I had that idea when growing up! All the evils done to me over the years lol ;) -
Oh – also, hope it’s ok. I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Blog Award. It’s on my blog :)
-
What a cool piece of art you have created.
-
Thank you !
-
Haha, I always wished I did something like that to my siblings. I guess maybe I can play that prank to any future children?
-
Oh, that is so terrible, yet SO funny!
-
Ingenious :D
-
Santa’s got some credentials on him. Wow.
-
This is hilarious! Love your work.
-
Wow, how did you feel after getting that letter?
-
That is epic! I love Santa’s pedigree! So good.
-
I missed this post. It’s fantastic. Charlotte is my hero. I loved the random and unexplained “I saw you kick Doogie” line.
-
Santa already on the way

Santa already on the way!!!

I just read all your posts. I really love your blog! Most of the situations are so recognizable! (even though I don’t have sisters, just one brother. But I do recognize the situations, most of them with my brother, but a lot of them with friends too.) Keep blogging!
-
Very cool share!
-
Great artwork and very funny stories – love this one and ‘House Rule No 1’ and am going to browse some more… you capture those sweet and vindictive childhood days so well!
-
Nicole, you are a brilliantly talented woman who’s fan-base is growing by the minute! You can write and your stories are fantastic, and there are no suitable words to describe your artwork…it is just exceptional!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make it your priority to find a publisher for your work, be that greeting cards, or children’s story books. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want a “Middlest Sister” original!!! Enjoy your success luv, you are going places!!!

I’ve enjoyed reading your blog, so I’ve nominated you for The Versatile Blogger Award…you can check out details on my post.

Hahaa!!! Very entertaining! Sooo cute!
-
PRICELESS!
-
This is absolutely funny! :-D

Wouldn’t Chrissy figure out that the letter was written by Charlotte, because it only mentioned things she did to Charlotte? I mean, surely Chrissy antagonized her other three sisters as well, and a REALISTIC letter from “Santa” would cite things she’d done to all of them.
